Remarks

  • Coffee breaks - covered by the organisers
  • Lunch breaks and dinners – own expense of the participants (possibility to eat in the restaurant of the hotel). 
  • Posters – each organisation prepares one poster. The topic of the poster - Extended ppt at the scientific level.
  • Printing of the poster is available in advance in Bratislava – finalised posters in pdf please send to helena.kandarova@outlook.sk by February 1, 2022. The cost of the service is 35 Euro.

How to book and hotel rules

Single room: 95 € per night (special rate for the NETSKINMODELS meeting)

Double room: 105 € per night (special rate for the NETSKINMODELS meeting)

The cost includes VAT, breakfast in form of a buffet, entrance into the fitness centre, and fast wifi. It does not include the Bratislava city tax, which is 1,70 EUR and will be added to the final invoice

Please mention, that you are a participant in a conference organized by SAV (NETSKINMODELS) and request a special rate.

  • Booked rooms are available to the consumer from 15h00 on the day of arrival. The consumer has no claim for earlier availability. Guests who arrive before 15h00 can move into their room as early as possible, according to availability. 

  • The available rooms are to be taken by 18h00 on the day of arrival. After this time the hotel can book out the rooms to others unless the consumer informed the hotel in advance and in writing that they would arrive later. The hotel is entitled to demand a guarantee for late arrivals.

  • On the agreed day of departure, check-out is at 12h00 (midday) at the latest. After that time the hotel can charge to the contractual party 50 % of the agreed price of the room for the additional use of the room up until 18h00, and 100 % from 18h00. The above shall not affect other forms of compensation of the hotel, in particular in the form of a claim to the compensation for damage.
